Application
1). As a natural flavor, it has a sweet aroma similar to pineapple, banana or fruits, and is commonly used in the formulation of edible flavors, such as soft drinks, fruit juices, confectionery, bakery products, ice cream, etc., to give the products a fresh and fruity aroma.
2). Used in daily chemical flavor formula (such as perfume, cosmetics, detergents, etc.), as a head or body fragrance components, to enhance the product's aroma level.
3). It can be used as a fixative or harmonizer to improve the stability and durability of the flavor.
4). A small amount is used in medicine or industry, such as as solvents or intermediates, but mainly for food and daily chemicals.
Storage
1). Protected from light and sealed: store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature (recommended storage temperature: ≤25ºC).
2). Moisture-proof and fire-proof: keep it away from fire and heat sources, store it separately from oxidizers, strong acids and strong bases to prevent chemical reactions.
3). Container selection: use sealed glass or stainless steel containers, avoid long-term contact with plastics (especially polyethylene) to prevent dissolution or adsorption of aroma.
4). It should be used as soon as possible after opening, if stored for a long time, it is recommended to fill with nitrogen to protect it from air and prevent oxidization and deterioration.
5). Managed as a hazardous chemical (flammable liquid), the storage area should comply with the fire code.
